Margarita

Recipe:

  • Build in Boston shaker
    • 2 oz blanco tequila
    • 3 drops saline (1000gm to 68 gm)
    • 0.75 oz. Cointreau
    • 0.5 oz. agave nectar
    • 0.75 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
  • Shake for 15 seconds to fully chill
  • Strain and serve in chilled rocks glass
    • With or without ice
  • Garnish with half salted rim and fresh lime wheel

Why it works:

This recipe includes perfect amount of salt to make the fresh flavors standout while giving the drinker the opportunity to add salt from the half rimmed glass.
